Introduction to Reputation.com

This module is meant to explain the purpose MAXhealth’s use of reputation.com as a means to develop a better understanding of our patients’ experiences when working with their care teams. It will also outline the expectations of Practice Managers to review their office’s scores and to engage with positive and negative reviews.
